POLICIES

 

RATES:

Rates vary according to season and are subject to change without notice (unless secured by a deposit.)  For current rates, click here.

 

RESERVATIONS:
A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Your deposit (50% of total room charge) shall be applied to the credit card on file at the time reservation is made.  

Single day reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS: 
Single Room:

Cancellations received more than two (2) weeks of arrival will result in a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received within two (2) weeks of arrival, shall result in forfeiture of deposit.  Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival shall result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation.  The credit card on file shall be charged the balance of the full reservation.

 

Multiple Rooms:
Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days of arrival shall receive a full refund less a $25.00 per room administrative fee.  Cancellations received within thirty (30) days of arrival shall result in forfeiture of the full deposit.  Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival shall result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation.  The credit card on file shall be charged the balance of the full reservation.

 

No refunds for early departure.  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We are a small family business and cancellations significantly affect us.

 

UNREGISTERED GUESTS:

Unregistered guests must notify the front desk and must leave the premises by 10:30pm.  Unregistered guests discovered overnight shall be charged $50 per night, per guest, to the credit card on file.  Thereafter, the reservation may be cancelled without refund to the registered party.

 

GENERAL POLICIES:

° Candles, incense or any open flames are prohibited within 20 feet of structures. 
° No ice chests / coolers permitted indoors. 
° Pets are not permitted. 
° No unattended children. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 
° “Quiet Time” is after 10:30 pm.
° Check-in time is between 3:00-8:00 pm (Later check-ins can be accommodated upon request.) 
° Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
° All rates are subject to state HOT (6%) and local W.O.R.D. (4%) tax. 
° No smoking indoors.
° Guests smoking within the room(s) shall be charged a minimum fee of $200 per room to return the room(s) to a non-smoking status. 
° Guests losing or failing to return room keys shall be charged $150.00.
° Underage drinking on the Holiday Lodge property is not permitted.

 

Registered guest shall be responsible for any & all damage to room, contents or structure.

All reservations are dependent upon validation of the submitted credit card information.
